Hii, welcome to ERA Zurich!
We met a few years ago through Thai boxing, and what started as a shared training routine quickly turned into a close friendship. Over time, that connection grew into the idea of creating something of our own.
ERA Zurich grew from that place.
We wanted to build a space where women can slow down, reconnect, and take care of themselves in a way that feels genuine. Not performative or rushed, but intentional and grounding. The experiences we create bring together movement, stillness, and personal growth. They are designed to go a little deeper and to leave you with something that lasts beyond the moment itself.
What connects us most is our love for bringing people together. We genuinely enjoy creating environments where people feel comfortable, welcomed, and free to just have a good time.
